Coach Muffet McGraw was not as excited as the 9,080 fans about fourth-ranked Notre Dame breaking the 100-point barrier at home for the first time in seven years in a 102-57 victory over Arkansas-Pine Bluff on Sunday night.

Sitting on Purdue's bench during last week's exhibition game, KK Houser's leg wouldn't stop shaking.
The nerves eventually settled down when the freshman guard entered against Lindsey Wilson College.
That won't be a problem today for Houser, who is expected to be in the starting lineup when Purdue opens the 2009-10 women's basketball season against Western Illinois at Mackey Arena.

Season-ending injuries are nothing new to the Purdue women's basketball program.
The Boilermakers played the 2007-08 season without starters Jodi Howell and Lindsay Wisdom-Hylton, but still managed to win the Big Ten tournament and earn a berth in the NCAA tournament.
Now coach Sharon Versyp's team is moving forward again after sophomore Chantel Poston suffered an Achilles tendon injury in her right leg during Thursday's conditioning workout.
